Greetings,  Shakita Rashae was born and raised in Dayton, Oh, she is a certified childcare provider, founder and visionary of her all-girls empowerment and outreach organization, Sisters, motivational speaker and praise dance clinician.

She earned an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and upon completion started a Creative Preschool for the Arts program.  This program served children ages 3-5 and enhanced as well as nurtured the gift of dance, music, drama, and art.

Earlier 2020, she attended an accredited online program in which she became a certified life strategist. She supports goal setting and personal growth by strategically developing a plan which also aligns with the goal. In doing so she assures that all goals are realistic and measurable so that success will always be the end result and so that you can see your growth.

She has a podcast, Preparation Conversation, where you can tune in via Anchor or Spotify. Her podcast was created to discuss ways to grow in life in areas such as personal, relationship, and spiritual. The podcast is where she has open real-life discussions to help you help yourself in all areas of development. God has gifted her with a great deal of wisdom and knowledge and her podcast is her way of sharing it with the world.

Her zeal for writing developed at an early age. She has written a book of unpublished poems and a stage play as a young adult. She decided to channel her love for writing by creating a blog which also correlates with the podcast. In September, 2020 she published her first book entitled “Before The Rainbow” The Preparation Process. 

 She aspires to travel and speak on various platforms to encourage spiritual and self-healing.
